Custom Order Details
At The Story Garden Shop, we can transform most printed materials into the unique paper flowers you see here. You might already have something special on hand—a treasured childhood book, a beloved story, or a family heirloom tucked away—or we can help source the perfect materials for you.
Here’s how the process works.
Step 1: Dream it up
Think about what you’d like made. What materials do you want to use? Are there specific chapters or pages you want included? Would you like to add any special touches like airbrushed color, ribbon, glitter, or charms? Our prices start with those shown on the store page, plus any additional costs for special add-ons or sourced materials.
Step 2: Share your idea
Fill out the interest form below so we can learn all about your vision.
Step 3: Let’s connect
We’ll reach out to confirm all the details, share your final price, and set a pickup date and location. Depending on our current schedule, most custom orders are ready within about one week.
Step 4: Materials

If you’re providing your materials: We’ll arrange a time to collect them. We’ll use up to three pages for a test cut to ensure everything is perfect. Each flower usually requires up to five pages, depending on size and design—we always aim to use as few pages as possible.

If you’d like us to source materials: No problem! Material costs (typically $4–$12) will be added to your total, and sourcing may add a couple of days to your turnaround time.
Step 5: Enjoy and share
We can’t wait to deliver your custom bouquet! If you’re happy to share your story and photos, we’d love to feature them on our social media. And if you love your flowers, a tag or shout-out in your reviews would mean the world to us.
